1. Events and Services
a. 1:1 Coaching & Coaching Services
In the event that, within the first thirty (30) days of engagement, you determine the services are not a suitable fit, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused coaching sessions.
Refunds will not be provided for any coaching sessions that have already been conducted.
b. Done-for-You Services
For done-for-you services, whether purchased as a complete package and paid in full or under a payment plan, no refunds will be issued. By agreeing to the payment plan, you commit to fulfilling the entire payment schedule without the option for cancellation or refund.2. Products and Goods
a. Digital Courses & Programs
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds will not be issued after seven (7) days from the commencement of the program. To request a refund within the initial seven (7) days, please contact info@automate.me.
b. Physical Products
Refund requests for physical products must be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with the refund process.
c. AutomateMe CRM
All Fees assessed by AutomateMe are non-refundable. You are solely responsible for any excess Fees incurred by you as a result of an error or omission made by you or a third party. AutomateMe does not provide Fee refunds or credits for such errors or omissions, or for partially used or unused Platform or Services subscriptions. If you sign up for a subscription but do not access the Service or Platform, you are still responsible for all Fees during the term of your subscription. By signing up for an annual plan, you commit to a full year of service, and there are no pro-rated refunds. Except as may be required by law, AutomateMe reserves the right to issue or deny a refund or credit in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time, for any reason, and AutomateMe’s determination of if and when to issue or deny a refund or credit is final.
